1. Shijia Hutong museum
Open time: 9:30 to 12:00, 14:00 to 16:30 (Tuesday to Sunday)
Address: NO.24 Shijia Hutong, Dongcheng District, Beijing
How to get there: Take subway line 5 to Dengshikou station.
From the subway station, it is about 5 minute walk to get to the museum. It is not open on Monday and has 2 hours break from 12:00 to 14:00.
There are some other nice buildings on the way to the museum.
It is good to spend 1 hour in the hutong.

2. Dongsi Hutong Museum
Compared with the Shijia Hutong Museum, the Dongsi Hutong Museum is more focused on the architecture of the hutongs. It is just opened in 2018, if you want to learn how the hutong was built and the details of the building, this is a great place to visit.
Open time: 9:30 to 12:00, 14:00 to 17:00 (Tuesday to Saturday)
